My friend is just coming back from a trip away. i want to give her a gift but dont know what. Any Ideas?

Shes 17 . Im meeting her at the airport so i want to leave the gift in her room. that way when she enters her room she'll find it and be suprised. At first I thought Teddy Bear now im not sure. Thanks for all suggestions.

Jucealala	Posted Aug 1st, 2009 at 1:33AM What about a gorgeous photo album for photo's from her trip (unless it was to go to a funeral or something). You can buy really nice ones that hold heaps of photo's, and even have room for captions. It's thoughtful and useful. Rated: +1Vote for this!
mariellarose	Posted Jul 31st, 2009 at 1:01AM A teddy bear sounds like a good option. Either that or maybe an ornate box or something? Or clothes. It all depends on her taste. A good scarf or earrings could also work. I always preferred hand made things, to show that they were thinking of me. Time spent toward me always is more special than a bought gift. Inside the box a lovely note telling her how you missed her and a photo of the both of you... or a favorite memory. Her favorite candies, a candle, a small picture frame some stationary and pens that she would like would be nice and personal...from you. Rated: +1Vote for this!
clumsy57	Posted Jul 31st, 2009 at 9:08PM I would say something handmade, I do it for my friends all the time and they are nice although I sometimes I fail at making it nice. If you are unsure about this then go to a local store and buy something odd or anything that reminds you of her. Also I think mallierarose gave good advise. Rated: +1Vote for this!
