She loves me, just feels "something is missing". We break-up, she comes back in tears. Can't stand being without me. I said maybe I'm just a habit. I suggested the 2 mth break.

Have you set out 'rules' or terms for the next 3 months? I know that in my great big on/off fiasco we'd have lasted for a few weeks - had an amazing reunion and then spent the next couple of months messing each other up again all to end back at square 1.

Thanks. I wish I felt noble or wise. I'm just a guy in love trying to find a way forward in a relationship he doesn't want to lose. I can't see any other way.
