It means nothing that I'm aware of, although I too was born EXACTLY one year to the day that my great grandmother died...and on her deathbed she told my mother that she would have a son...after she had already miscarried 3x previously and was told that having a child might not be a possibility for her. The date timing kinda blew their minds, considering she'd said that and POOF, EXACTLY a year later to the day...I pop out.

I was friends/lovers with this guy who decided that he just wanted to be friends and take the lover part out, I was fine with that but he did in a strange way so I wasn't sure I wanted to even be his friend.
