My hands are allways cold,why?

i'm sick of it...my hands are allways very cold...ice-but i don't have any illness or diseases....even when is very hot outside my hands are cold...summer spring winter or autumn...icehands...thanks for advices!

low thyroid can do that...just research "dietary remedy for low thyroid" and get on a better diet for that condition....

chancesbreathe	Posted Mar 15th, 2009 at 12:26PM I have the same problem, and my feet are always cold, too. The only thing that seems to help is exercise, and I mean a lot of it. Spicy foods, hot baths help also. If it doesn't get better, or you start losing feeling in your hands, I would go see a doctor. Rated: +1Vote for this!
Alvertesupe86	Posted Mar 15th, 2009 at 2:03PM My hands and feet are always freezing, too. I went to the doctor and he said it's just poor circulation. Have you ever had blood drawn or donated it? It's probably difficult. My blood is very thick and you can see my veins really well. Try massaging your hands and always wear gloves in the winter! Rated: +1Vote for this!
