I met him when I was 17 had a son at 18 he is 10 yrs older we seperated a lot of times over the years because he is very possecive now he's coming back we have been seperated for 3 yrs I've grown a lot n being a single mom working 70-80 hrs a week will do that to people I'm no longer the shy girl who I once was n now I know I can do it on my own we were together for 10 yrs now I'm nervouse about him coming back but I'm kinda stuck financially n my son n I do miss him a lot but what if he comes back n he hasn't grown like we have how can I make him accept the me now n not the me before

Well... The only thing you really can do, is be completely honest and truthfull...
If he can't accept you the way you are, then it's too bad for him... Too bad he can't recognize and accept an amazing woman such as youself... His loss...
