The answer back to man that will throw him way off. "I should have married a younger woman instead of you too.'
That will make him stop and think a moment. Ya I know when we get older we get more open and trash talken with our spouses, because we know by now they will not leave.

We just finished 25 yrs and we are 7 yrs apart she than I but I always tell people that we meet I am the older of us two.

No, here's the question, where did you bury his corpse? lol In answer to what you asked, my partner and I are 10 years apart 32/22 he'll be 23 actually so it's about 9 years, The same age difference in my parents coincidentally, and they were married until the day my dad passed away.

lol. i think ur husband doesnt realize how good he has it with you. I am a 'younger woman ( 19) and i would have been less forgiving, saying, sweetie, just get me the papers to sign... and i should have married a woman. and then, id snidely question what other woman could possibly want an insensitive *** like him? let him read my post, and maybe THEN he'd be more grateful to be with someone with patience.

and i stupidly date guys my own age.

When we got married I was 24, she was 25. Older than me by 6 weeks. This summer it will be 27 years for us.

I'm not married, but my dad is 20 years older than my mom, and they've been together almost 20 years, so it seems to work even though it seems kinda weird.

wow when I read your question on the board and not the detail I was planning to say 'I don't care if he was angry or why he said it, I would walk out that door and he would never see me again."

Then I saw it was you and thought hm, there has got to be more to this. I am happy to know someone who values marriage as highly as I do (only 21 for me). My husband and I are only 17 days apart in age- he is older.

My husband and I are 3 months apart in age...But let me put it to you this way....

My husband and I are 18 years apart....6 years together...and 3 months difference in age... Where does the 18 years fit in?

We were best friends in High School...He went to College and we ended up parting ways only to find each other on Classmates.com 18 years later....

We got together and picked up where we left off only to take our friendship to the next level and now we are married with 4 kids...one of whom is our daughter that we have together. The other 3 are my boys from my previous marriage...

yeah, well maybe he should have married a blow-up doll, because that's the only kind of woman who can't change or age.
Sorry if that sounds mean. My husband used to be very mean to me about any changes I went through but he realized it wasn't getting him anywhere or helping the situation so he stopped. Of course, I never really got over it...
Anyway, to answer your question, we are two months apart. I never attracted older guys and usually went for younger or same-age guys when dating.

17 years! He shares his wisdom and experience with me, and I share my sense of fun and optimism with him. We're a good match.
