I'm not totally sure which measurements mean what but I have chronic anaemia so I know one of your readings means you have to see your Doctor. I have been having iron infusions (about 3 a year) for about 3 years and it's helped to bring up my iron levels and kick started my immune system again. I was very low like your but now my readings are 7.5 (a little lower than yours) and 5.1 (much higher). Still low overall, but my system is now able to store again. You really need to see your Doctor.
