Good move.. Unfortunately are brains do become conditioned to what we habitually use.. But the longer abstinence the further away the thought 'blows in the wind'. Keep up the good move. :)

congrats.. but thats addiction, it sucks but it happens. I do that too, I stopped drinking but I still think about it even if I dont want to. You could get those urges from watching a movie with alcohol in it or music or just conversations because you can relate or you have memories then your fighting your thoughts well at least thats me..
