I can fully understand and able to feel what your going through. As for the abuse,you really need to get help. call child protective services. They will get your parents help to learn better parenting skills..
Tell one adult, and they'll take it from there. Go to a teacher, a counselor, call the police...don't be embarrassed. When I was a sophomore in hs my parents divorced and a lot of adults asked my brothers and I if my father abused us, which he did a little..,and I remember feeling embarrassed that my life was so ******...
Go to a counselor or clergy person, or report them to Child Protective Services or the police.
call social services immediately - I endured years and years of abuse during my childhood and I am still deeply scarred by it.
