rebel they wont kill you. you have god given free will to choose however you want to be. Rebel.
do your best, but don't freak out if its not up to their expectations
stop trying to make others happy, please yourself for once. if they love you, and they know youre doing your best they'll accept that and love you they way u r even if youre not getting as gooder marks as they want you to get
I'm going to say this, and I want to preface with the fact that I will come off nasty, and don't mean any offence. But let's do a quick run down on famous suicides.
Romeo and Juliet, fictitious but potent, killed themselves because an age old blood feud in their families would have killed them both for honoring the love they shared.
Cleopatra killed herself because as Egypt's Monarch, she was manipulated into handing over the entire civilization to military bureaucrats in Rome, who among other things announced their triumph over the ancient pharaohs by burning the greatest center of learning in the world at that time to the ground.
William Wallace let himself get caught, where he was publicly tortured to death, so he would die a martyr to the cause of Scotland's freedom. True story.
And don't even let me get to the rant about how Jesus could have defended himself at his trial, but chose to remain silent, die a martyr and, if you believe, became a savior to the cursed race of mankind.
My point is this:
Grades. Are not worth dying for.
Give yourself some credit. You don't sound like you are a slouch. You work hard, and you do your work honestly. You're just not straight A's. Neither am I, and I still went on to college. Not everybody is, and it's unfair to expect that from everyone. Try talking to your parents about that. Because the worst joke in all of this is that you will study better if you are not freaking out over someone else's approval.
Be safe, and keep up the good work.
I think that suicide would disappoint them even more. Not all people are meant to perform equally at all tasks. What matters is much you fulfill your potential. Find a task that you enjoy and have some natural talent for. Fulfill your potential as much as possible in that task.
They love you and want the best for you.Stop comparing ..Good grades are nice but a good person is better.Relax..it will be easier to study. Just try .Do your best and then rest ;-)
stop trying to satisfy everyone else and start with yourself. we all make mistakes. just try your best and who cares what anyone else thinks. just be yourself. good luck :)
