My psychologist says when I dream everything and everyone in my dreams is me.?

If that's true how come I dream the future all the damn time? so is she saying I am those other people in real life when it's happening too? Ugh she's stupid!

ok dreams are not u.. i have these type of dreams to
ignore ur psychologist.
they are taking the normal dram and thinking that it is the same thing as one of these dreams puts two and two together that way.. what they don't understand is these dreams are different.. special.. its a gift something they will never understand unless they themselves have experianced it..

Yes, your psychologist mentioned that everything or everyone in your dream is you. I think your psychologist trying to say was... you are the one creating your dreams, you may not know it but no one will create this but you.

My dreams also happen right after I wake up, it was strange and mysterious. But maybe each one of us has our own talents in premonition.

Really? That is a very interesting concept. I have no idea if that is true. I will have to think about this. But, if it is true, it is possible that you are dreaming of your future self in kind of a premonition.
