Take him for a visit in a rehabilitation ward.
Shoot him in the leg. point out that he is both injured and bleeding, and thus not invincible. Explain you've done this because you love him, that it hurts him much more than it hurts you but that is not the point, the point is, he's just as vincible as the rest of us.
Take the keys and the wheels off the car.
ask him to hold his hand to his chest and feel his heart beating
then tell him it's going to stop someday
it won't help though

my cousin had the same thing happen to him, he was dead a year later but he was the passanger of a guy who thought his sh*t didnt stink. Dude got 5 years and has to live with the fact he killed 2 people he grew up with.

Thank whatever gods you choose, then take him to a hosptial or let him talk to some emt's. They know all about the invicible youth.
Kick his ***. That should serve as a reality check.
Theres not much you can do if he's too big to ground. My daughter was the same and still is.
smack him upside his head and ask if he felt that
