When? Now. It is already happening. It is not something that is going to happen in the near future, we are living in it now. It has been introduced slowly over many years and will continue to be introduced slowly. If they brought everything in at once, then too many people would ask too many questions and the whole thing would fail. However, when they introduce it slowly no one notices and then all of a sudden we realize that we are living under martial law.

Where? Everywhere. America, Australia and most of Europe are already living under it. Soon the rest of the world will be too. If you don't want to join, be prepared for war.

What? Total control by a small group of people. No one should have that much power but they do. Control of the entire world.

Who? **** knows. Bankers, politicians, religious leaders (the pope) are all in on it.

I am not an expert but I would say that China has a chance of fighting this, as long as they are not in on it too. They export so much to America and Australia, we would be stuffed without them and their population alone is enough to scare the begeezus out of anyone. When sh!t hits the fan I am heading to China.

   I think the idea of a new world order is what needs to be noted more then the particular theory you subscribe to.
   Man's artificial systems of control are very complicated and we as responsible people should try to moderate these systems; take for example the banking system, Greece is going bankrupt.
