Need advice (maybe company)!!!!?

i moved 250 miles away from my friends & family in january. it is probably the best decision i've ever made. but i am super lonely, i'm just realizing it now. and the one person i actually WANT around me is engaged to someone that i really dislike. what i feel for her is pretty close to hate. its a long, drama-filled story... but anyway sometimes the best thing to do is get away, and get a fresh start. if you're good at making friends, at talking to ppl, you'll be fine. i'm good at talking to ppl and get along very well with lots of different kinds of ppl, but my problem is that i'm just not up for making the effort.

You seem really passionate about this (I've gone through the same thing, actually I still go through the same thing). So I'll tell you what I do. I think you need to clear your head. Just take off. Go drive around for a while, or just go somewhere where you can be alone. Maybe you could take your guitar and just play for awhile.
Hell, maybe you should go on a road trip. You get the freedom you want, but with the roots back home if you feel like it's all to much. That's what I did. It made me feel a lot better than I thought it would.

Listen dude, I grew up in a country town with a population of about 500-600. Never had any real friends. My average class size in HS was about 12! I just wanted to blow that town as soon as I graduated. As soon as I graduated I went off to college 200 miles away! Never went back for more than a few days. When I graduated, it was hard paying for an apt in the city (Charlotte, NC) on a m/w salery. As a college grad. I joint the military to avoid moving back to the **** hole town. I started off making as a college grad. $40,000/year. Coming from a small town has really defined me as a person, but I think its for the better. Even today I still have to been back home to visit for more than just a few days!

well, according to your age you should be heading off to college, so why not apply at some colleges that are far away from your hometown... that will give you plenty of time to be off on your own, while gaining an education. When you graduate, you will have a degree and then you can get a job, take care of yourself, and live wherever you feel makes you happy!
