Need input on college classes and mental health?
College classes stress me the **** out. There are too many people, and I'm intimidated by (possibly even scared of) the professors. My anxiety, as it relates to other people and grades, is remarkably high and has been for the last 3 weeks.
I'm at a point right now where I'll pass or fail my classes depending on the actions I take over the coming weeks. However, I'm worried about a repeat of last spring. Back then, I chose to work my *** off for the last weeks of school, and I passed. Then I had some kind of emotional breakdown and endured 3 months of hell.
I'm gauging my emotional health against my grades. Even attending classes leaves me frayed; I can't keep my grades up and stay relatively stable.
Classes or sanity?
