I know it turns a lot of people off, but Tofu when prepared right is an excellent source of protein. Tofu picks up the flavor of surrounding foods, it has no real flavor itself. So using it in a stir fry dish with a good plum sauce or vegetarian hoisin sauce is awsome.<br />

I also get most of my protein from Quinoa (mixed with mushrooms.... YUM!) and lentils with savory spices.
