If the principal wants her to do anything aside from her school work, call the police.

I am not completely clear as to to what you are saying,,, "She doesn't know what he thinks he wants her to, ___to what?____"
And girls this age often have a crush on a male in an authority position, whether it be a teacher or principal, this is normal as long as she doesn't have any expectation back and of course and as long as there is nothing going on sexually.
Does she have a positive male role-model in her life???

It's how the Principal responds. He is the only one that can STOP this. He has a choice. Stop it, or Prison, if anything happens.

The stupidity of teenage girls never ceases to give me a headache. She doesn't need counseling she just needs to gain some maturity and reality and realize a grown man isn't going to want anything to do with her. The best thing anyone can do is completely ignore her crush on him. She'll be obsessed over someone new next week anyway, that's how 13 yr olds work. That's what "love" is to them. Fleeting. She'll get over it. Just ignore her.
