Need to quit smoking ASAP. Any advice?
Need to boost my immune system before I go to surgery next month. Hard work, stress and depression got me loosing weight and my immune system is bad at the moment. The doc said I need to quit smoking ASAP but I can't afford any help such as nicotine patches, acupuncture etc. So I need some tips from ppl who have already done it. Tnx! :)

Am not good at giving advice but my biology teacher taught 3 main words about smoking " smoking is BAD" lol

Electronic cig is the way to go and you don't have to quit if you don't want to with these it's just vapor and nicotine go to asmart smoke and chose what's best for you

Don't stress too much , I'm having extensive medical treatment and still smoke . They are obligated to feed you the anti smoking lark .

I found a $10.00 pack of Nicorette gum at a local Walgreen's close to the cash register so I brought that and some nicotine lotion to rub into the fingertips to take the edge off. I weened myself off of everything in 2 weeks. My last smoke was in 2007

I just stopped a few months ago. No patches or gum. If you can make it through the first week you'll be fine. I didn't do anything special. I walked a lot, but I do that anyway. The first week was the hardest, but once it's over it gets easier. Good luck.
