You surely have real life friends. Pick one you feel very comfortable with and ask him/her if she would like to talk to you. Just make sure it isn't a one-way conversation, and you should do fine. Don't forget to ask elaborating questions, show them their well-being is as important to you as yours. It might be a bit difficult at first, but you are able to do that.
Maybe people in your real life would listen better ...
