It is normal to have a bit more depression in the winter it may be to the lesser sunlight. I suggest a "fake bake" in a tanning bed. It may help and if not at least you get your bones warmed right.

see your family doctor, sounds like depression. i had it, it can be treated. it is not a "mental" illness, only a chemical imbalance. don't put it off, you'll only get worse!
Try to find out what your body's telling you
Try to find out why you are so sad
I feel that way too...just don't sit around a lot and do things
see a therapist for talk therapy to try to understand these feelings
