As a lady who also has stretched ears, I say don't worry about what other people think. Its all a matter of opinion and what really counts is how they make you feel.

I cant see your plugs in that picture but I usually think women with plugs are hot specifically plugs larger than 1/2". I'm sure you look good with your plugs!
