So gay marriage supporters are apparently more advanced humans. I did not know that. Interesting how such things are worded to permeate into the conscious of the masses to form their opinions for them.

I don't give a ****, my state allows gay marriage. He can say what he wants but he should just sign an executive order stating gay marriage is legal. It'd save a ton of time.

You can't vote on people's rights, if you could segregation and slavery would still exist.

cant deny it until you've tried it.... I guess obama hasn't tried it yet. All republicans are gay though, so its only logical that they'd be in favor against it.

I don't see how he got people to think he was so progressive when he was opposed to it in the first place.

Biden didn't run his mouth. Everything they say publicly is calculated. He said what he said to test the waters for Obama.

what I would like to know is...why waste so much energy worrying over something that I am guessing does not affect many of you? Something only becomes an issue...when people make it an issue...from what I can tell much gets over looked in this world because the ants are fussing over such trivial ideas...

Dear optimist, pessimist and realist...while you were all fighting over the water...I drank it!
    --opportunist

I am the opportunist...you all are the rest...as for my official position on "gay marriage" I am neither for nor against...it does not affect me....I just find it intriguing how the human ant colony thinks...I am glad not to be apart of it...I can not picture having such a low level intelligence...

    enjoy dehydration.

people change their minds all the time. I once met a bloke who i went to school with, some years later. At school he was a peaceful guy who accepted everyone as equal. When I saw him in the street he was carrying a bible and going door to door to "spread the word of god". I invited him in because it was hot outside and we got talking. I asked him a few questions about equality for gay/lesbians, pre-marital sex, euthanasia etc. He was now convinced that these are complteley against 'God's will' and therefore these people cannot be saved unless they give up the 'false ideals and lifestyle'. I feel bad for all you religious types who are brainwashed into thinking that all the ills of the world can be blamed on things that you don't agree with. It's not even correct. Even Jesus made friends with prostitutes and never blamed the heathen Romans who killed him. Why is it you listen to preachers on a pulpit who have their own agenda, rather than accepting people from all walks of life as Jesus did. You're all hypocrites.

sorry. maybe I should've left the big fella outta it. But your comment about ' the pedophiles' and its' direct association to the question got me thinking that you are a Christian red-neck. the fact that you put a whole group of people in a box and relate them with another group such as pedophiles is so far beyond crazy, and that led me to the conclusion that you must be another ill-informed, heartless, hypocritical Bible-belt sheep. My bad for using my own logic to draw my own conclusion. My understanding is that even Gay/Lesbian Americans are Americans too, why shouldn't a Party be all inclusive in an advanced society?

Forces you *to*, not *too*...Too means 'also'. You shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition, either, so a better choice would have been "no one's forcing you". Never mind about answering your question, Einstein. LOL.

He came out of the closet I guess. Problem is, he said the opposite when he was elected, so I guess he was either lying back then or he succombed to peer pressure. I think it's kind of funny myself.

To get elected and stay elected these talking head **** politicians will say anything. he can't go back on it. he's the first president to say it while in office. it's rather monumental for me.
