    passed 5 years no alcohol just this month on the 13th. but i do smoke herb.

    Bless your life in your abstinence from alcohol. Do you FEEL better? Is "herb" use to deal with anxiety related to no alcohol?

    i take meds for type II bipolar, but i'm still overly hyper and have a lot of trouble sleeping. the herb helps a lot.
