Oh my god, help. I think I'm dying :(

a nerd has wrapped his legs around my throat and he's beginning to really tighten up on me i can barely breathe he says hes going to end my lfe and now my lungs are burning and i cant pull his legs off of my throat will i die? i'm scared i might die my visions going weird and hes giggling creepily while im typing this help!!!
