naw you got a life of your own. he messed up on his why you got to suffer for his mistake.

Hell no. You might as well be in jail with him, why would you want to put your life on hold for 5 to 10 years.

NO!! he must have done something(s) seriously wrong to get that much time. why waste your life on a loser? how old would that make you, anyway?

I would say you should only wait for him if you have been in a relationship for at LEAST twice the amount of time of his prison term. Follow that formula to success.
