    Eat a healthy balanced diet, eat less junk food, try to stay positive even in the most testing of times, dont stress too much if you fail because nobodys perfect and life can be difficult, be willing to accept that bad things happen in life but even though i might not seem it at the time i believe there is a solution to every problem out there its just finding the answers thats can be difficult, learn to love yourself and try to set a good example to the people around you and the world, we may not always get things right but atleast you can say you tried :) Keep smiling
    I think there is plenty of other ways of answering this question but i'll leave that up to everyone else :)
