Yes….y'know keeping it all in, not showing your pain, not expressing your anger, upset, sometimes rage (because it's wrong) so eventually the whole supressed emotional reality becomes twisted, distorted into lack of meaning, no interest, no life because you have choked it off….so STOP being strong…be weak, have a breakdown, cry, rage, fall apart because the alternative is scary…really scary
OR you can feel your reality..if it's BAD enough to want to go..then good…express it, tell us..we are all here together…I get it…people who are capable of taking their own life are also the most capable of taking ON their own life
if you are always taking on the world or assuming everyone else's pain, but shortchanging yourself, eventually you can get burned out and experience depression.
