May as well, there's a hundred documentaries out there that say it isn't even as bad as smoking for you... Never touched the stuff but it does have a pleasant odor :)

Good idea, cost efficient, stop destroying lives of those arrested and their families. No worse than alcohol, maybe less destructive.
