Lighting bugs. Sometimes when I cut through the lower fields on the way home instead of using the road ,the lighting bugs make the fields look like a city at night or the stars fallen to earth.

The long daylight hours. It enables my family and I to get outside and just yak with each other as the sun goes down. For some reason we don't really do that inside the house during winter, not like summer, anyway. In summer it becomes the best part of our day.

It's winter lol, we have yet to have winter here in the Southeast US.
I do miss the longer days, having outdoor bbq's and the beach

After the FREEZING winter last year I'm definitely not complaining about one cold day lol My kids are bummed though, we are going to NC on Wednesday and there is no snow in the mountains.

Nothing! It is my least favorite season--we get enough warmth and sunshine during the winter here in Southern California.

So hot it'll melt your popsicle. I understand pleasant mild winters, and way way too hot in the summer.
