Our troops?

wtf are you on about? you think the troops decided if there's a war?? Those guys have incledible courage to do what they do... please fix the question so we know who you are asking this about...

You cannot blame 'The Troops'. These are the people who rightly or wrongly believe they are protecting us. They are just pawns in a game perpetrated by a few greedy, money mad people in power. Most of these boys are young and are led into the military by the promise of seeing the world, discipling themselves, having a good income and releasing tension. I don't think many of them realise the harsh reality of war. If you want to blame someone them blame the business people who manipulate us as a society and bring these young people into war!

Everyone wants peace but nobody wants to go to war. Guess what, when you have people who do not want to compromise, they just want you dead, you do not sit and have peace talks, you do not sit back and wait to be killed, you FIGHT! If it takes war to keep you alive, then you better appreciate those who are fighting for you! I want peace, but I am glad that there are men and women who are willing to be at war so that peace we will have.

Nobody wants War....It has always been and will always be.....Nothing will change that as long as their are people in this world

Does your question refer to the runaround the troops are getting from "Them" who make all the decisions? I do agree with DP.. they are courageous for putting their lives down for the likes of us who are able to enjoy the freedom they are fighting...
