Outside perceptions?

Is it good to listen to yourself cause you know better? or is it ignorant? can others see what you can't

The expression that you "can't see the wood for the trees" really just means that sometimes you are too close to something (usually emotionally) to see it properly.

Getting an outside view (ie someone else's perception) can be really helpful.

it is best to listen to yourself, even better after listening to the advice from others. its not ignorant.
others can always see what we cant, no one sees the obvious, if we did we wouldnt need therapy

I can see you are a bit fik, so I think you should do the oppisite to what you are telling you. Just my take.

Outsiders can see things in a different, or more truthful perspective that what you can. Depending on your judgement, you might have a clouded view of something. not saying they're correct all the time, but sometimes having outsiders view point on situations can make you "see the light" so to speak.
