Right now my babies are living and growing on breast milk. Once they are eating solid food it will be fruit, veggies, grains and legumes.

what are the ages of kids
If they can feed themselves, just about any fruit or veg they like and a dip.

My grand kids enjoy veggie patties dipped in their fave salad dressing.

I have three boys. 5,10,12. Snacks are easy. They love raw fruits and veggies. It's dinners for some reason that get hard.

nothing wrong with filling them up veggies. Add some grains to their dip? seriously if they like ranch dressing sprinkle bran buds, flax seeds, oat bran, or anything like that into the dip. Do they dislike meat?

Spinach (I'm good with frozen, thawed and squeezed) egg whites, and a shake of Parmesan (yes in a can). My little girl could eat it every day and still love it. You make it into little patties in the skillet or bake it in a glass pan. It's so simple but other than the sodium in the cheese it's very healthy.

I'll try that. They like fresh spinach in salad! So that would be a good breakfast though.

Oh if they like it raw that's even better! I can't get my daughter to eat raw veggies at all. She is the pickiest kid, but she loves green veggies steamed so I shouldn't complain.

Steak and potatoes with salad. Hamburgers with fries. Good stuff like that.

I'm not a parent, and my parents are a bit foodie, but baked chicken with spices and potatoes or bread is awesome. And steamed broccoli and feta cheese, but no-one but me likes that.

that's why i put the word in commas. Many children consider them weird and never wander far from mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
