That is a vicious insult toward victims of the holocaust and a ridiculous slur toward anyone involved in industry. Someone with any semblance of a cogent argument wouldn't think of resulting to a statement like that, designed to co-opt the heinous suffering of a people for their own pathetic plea for attention. A coal miner is not a concentration camp guard.
I do applaud you for acknowledging up front in your first post that your mind is frail, prone to catastrophic failure, and barely functional in it's intended purpose of attaining self-directed goals.
Stop using the product of evil industry to insult humanity and waste everyone's time. You did know you were burning power, consuming resources, and utilizing petroleum industrial products to spew this ridiculous bulls**t. What kind of evil pathetic **** denounces industry as equivalent to national socialism genocide policies using the very fruits of that industry. If you believe your own broken analogy then that would make you the guy wearing the holocaust victims clothing and benefitting from the evil aren't you.

Wow. You know how to pick your metaphors.
The larger truth is that you can act, but it is all just acting. Most people have no intention of stopping whatever they are doing. It reminds me of a story from my youth when "leather is bad" was in vogue. One young guy was breathlessly telling everyone on campus that "leather is bad". Then someone pointed at his shoes. "Those are leather," the other guy said. It always has to be someone else.
Also, they also have little comprehension of how the rest of the people of the world operate. Maybe this is because they assume that the rest of the world is the same as the West. Well, it's not. Those other five billion people are not going to stop doing what they do, no matter how many times you get hysterical.
So, if you want to eliminate horrible greenhouse gases, for instance, try telling the hundreds of millions of rural poor in India to stop burning dung as fuel. What alternative do they have? Or if westerners quit driving, just how does the work get done? It is set up for you to drive there to do it.

You are more than welcome to practice the Chicken Little Global Warming Dance. I am not irritated whatsoever about you and your opinion. What irritates me is that you expect everyone else to accept your Global Warming (or Global Climate Change) religion as their own.
I have a technical background. I have reviewed a lot of evidence. I have spoken to climate experts, some of whom actually work for me. It is my opinion that, contrary to what people like you or Al Gore have to say, the science is NOT "settled." There is considerable controversy and certainly no consensus among true climate scientists about (a) whether or not global temperatures are warming or (b) if the globe is warming, the source or cause of the warming. The is virtually NO evidence that warming is anthropomorphic in nature.
You are very welcome to you opinion or, if you prefer, your theory. The burden of proof is upon you, not me. I choose not to believe at this time. I adamantly oppose our government taking any actions that (a) no one believes would have a measurable impact upon global temperatures and (b) would have near catastrophic economic impacts upon my nation, and (c) would be ignored by the two greatest contributors to "Greenhouse" gases on the planet, China and India.
Enjoy your paranoia. Revel in your fear. Totally eliminate your "Carbon Footprint" but leave me the hell alone.
That's MY opinion. Get over it.

Just read those comments and you have your answer.....no chance....So its probably best to just make the most of each moment,.and trust in the universe...
Faith in humans is misplaced,.as evidenced by the wars and general global destruction..
Be a sport and just give them more rope..

Pretty much the snow ball has long since rolled off the top of the mountain. It has built up mass and energy and will be an avalanche no matter what we do. The only thing we can do is have an effect on the total size of the avalanche and damage done. If we can reduce the downhill mass of snow then we reduce the damage when it joins the main avalanche. No one sees this as having much effect because each of us is using our hands to move the snow and lots of people are sitting and bitching, having snowball fights, and not trying to move the snow at all.
We are going to get clobbered. but not right now, so many people don't care.
Running around screaming about it doesn't help though. It just causes arguements and diverts people from digging.
