The issue that these threateners have espeacially if they do it to random people at a stadium or bar or something in a large pack is you never know who is armed with a weapon or knife. You never know someones past and if they will back down or if they have spent the last 20 years learning martial arts. Better to mind your own business.

People who issue threats usually don't have the wares to back them up. You should always assume a threat as legitimate and never turn your back on them.

Yes, I think so, because once I get up in their face, and they see I'm ready to go there, they suddenly come up with weak excuse to back down. Been there, done that.
