Perfect french fry recipe?
I have a monster sized BBQ i am in the process of final prep for. Alot of animals have died for this. 2 of the items are the classic burgers and sausages. I made fresh pretzel rolls for the buns they are all sitting waiting for their baking soda bath before going in the oven. They need some fries to go with them. My problem is I wonder if there is a better way to make french fries. I have made the batter dipped in past but this time im planning the double fried type. If anyone knows of a good batter recipe ill try it though. the taters are russets cut about 3/8th inch with the skins on.
