5) You may have one limb removed from your body. Someone else's choice. No term. You are free.

This is an easy choice. If faced with such decisions, I would allow a limb to be sawed off - no anesthetic even, if necessary. There's no way I could kill or torture anyone and that Africa AIDS option is just too depressing. And it is very possible to lead a normal life with a limb missing. I know several people who have.
