Unfortunately she is unable to connect with reality to get help. I would say that she will eventually end up in a nursing home at this rate.
All anyone can do is accept those things you can not change if it is dealing with someone that has always been on the wrong path or direction in life.

Can you get her to a church where people will be more positive around her? It would be good therapy for both of you possibly. Belief in God or higher power could help both of you at the same time. Tell her she is going to be with god and see how it goes. I can see her not going but talk to her about going and pray for her to do so.

If that doesn't work all I can say is if you can get into a more spritual frame of mind you will feel that this situation is out of your hands and in Gods now. I feel God was speaking through me in some small way.

I cope with the reality in my way and understand what will likely happen and accept that. The reason for this post is to gain advice from those WITH Aspergers. My sister does not believe in God and if you were to attempt a conversation on the topic should would ignore you.

It sounds like you need to find an asberger's forum on the internet to post your question. I doubt many people even know what this is on EP as you can see by your response.
