Please Help! How do I actually use a forum?

I don't myspace, facebook, twitter or text to call people when I want to talk to them. So I have absolutely NO idea how to use this tool to talk with people who share my bizarre problems. Can someone please help me get started? I really need people to talk to who won't judge, belittle, or patronize me when I reach out about some pretty painful things I'm surviving thru right now.

thoughtbubble	Posted Sep 1st, 2009 at 2:28PM Hey, where you see names of people which are links, hit their profile, if you want, have a look at that and what they do. If you want to ask/tell the privately, message them. If you want to throw it open to a larger group, put it publicly in the form of a question.... or as an experience.... just browse around all the tools of Experience Project, and you will find some tools click for you better than others... like Questions Section does for me....
