Define success. A BS in psych is a meager beginning...very little actual science [chemistry, physics, biology] or maths. Not good for much on its own. It's a 1st step at best. You won't get a Wall Street position with it. Is that success? You say

Depends on what you consider to be a successful career. If your definition means highpaying then you will probably need some more schooling after a bachelor of science in psychology. check out your career choices and see what they require

In my area, BS in Psych pays approximately $12/hr. Masters for the same company pays $18, then you get higher paying as you get experience.
