Yes it does, and the prices are going to get worse, our Government are looking to double the price of Alcohol, to discourage "binge drinking" of course, and we have a "mini budget" on tueday, you can bet the price of smokes will go up too.Like (1)

Ontario, Canada...legal cigarettes are probably about $9.00...I buy mine on the Indian reservation for 10.00 a carton. !2 box of Carling Ice is 15.00
