Psoriasis. How do you cope and what to do about it without it costing a fortune?

I recently tried treating mine with tea tree oil and a tea tree shampoo. It's REALLY helped. I was genuinely shocked at how much of a difference it made after even just one treatment. I was able to run my hand through my hair with no flakes, I don't think that's ever happened to me before in my life. My head is also much less itchy and my hair is happier too. The only trouble is the shampoo smells very strongly, but as long as you rinse it very very thoroughly that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I use both oil and shampoo from a company called Jásön or something similar. It looks like "jason" but with several accent marks at different places over the name, I don't remember exactly how they're placed. It's the only kind I've tried, but I'd be interested in trying some other brand sometime to see if I could find one that didn't have such a strong smell.
