    Females, this would be their sexual orientation. Their PHYSIOLOGY would be mostly male (their genitals are male). The fact that they have worked to develop the physical characteristics of a female is a clear indication of their sexual identity. They truly are women trapped in a man's body. (it is interesting to note here as well that some of these women are lesbians as well) . So is the complexity of human sexuality.

    females psychologically definitely they are women trapped in male bodies. I understand how they feel, my late partner was a TS and struggled psychologically
