Question on Multi Vitamins...?

If sleep is the bodies best self healing prossess. Then would it not be wise to take your Vitamins with your evening meal to assist the body?

OR

With breakfast. To assist your body through the sometimes long and tireing day?

Morning time. A good multi-vitamin will help you replace the trace minerals that even a good, well-balanced diet cannot give you entirely. It's best in mornings because you'll metabolize them better than while you're sleeping.

You are right. They are vitams for am and pm. I take a brand called biogenics.. they come in acks of vitmans for both am and and pm and I love them. The best ever.

forget the vitamins. eat properly, eat real food and not scientifically processed garbage.

multi vitamins are a waste of money and profiteering by holistic money grabbers. multi vitamins just a way to make expensive urine.

i would say taking them in the morning is best. as far as if they're worth taking at all, depends. depends on the brand and manufacturer. you want to get the freshest product you can find and preferably the kind that isn't a solid pill but a capsule with the dry ingredients inside. obviously you should try to get all the good stuff in your diet but some health issues/life styles don't afford you that so taking supplements are good. just make sure you take the time to research the products and take them regularly.
