If Batman got a DUI and had his driver's license taken away, do you think he would ride a batbike or do you think he would continue to drive the Batmobile illegally?

He makes his own laws. He is the Dark Knight and all that that entails.

well in the original batman tv series sometimes Alfred dressed up as batman and drove the batmobile. He did this a couple of times so he and Bruce were seen together. Unfortunately most people of Gotham City are very stupid and didn't notice Batman suddenly had a moustache and his voice sounded different.

So the answer is Alfred will drive

Lol, what you fail to realize is that riding a bike when drunk is still a DUI. Trust me, I know. I am a Military Police.
