Raspberry ice cream cake ?

Since I am not feeling well I am not in the mood to bake, but I do want to make a dessert for my dad for Father's day. I have some raspberry ice cream and cool whip, butter cookies and chocolate sauce. If layered all together do you think this will make a good dessert?

omg! it sound wonderful! the only thing i may change would be to use a sugar cookie but if all you have it what you have - i say go for it and i'm sure it will taste great and your dad will love it =)
