    Neither. I stay bigger, in smaller clothes. When I raise my hands, you can see my belly button.

    Depends how you feel about the weight you've gained. If it's bothering you, then don't diet, but try and get fit. It's the only way you'll actually lose the weight without damaging your body. Make it a lifestyle choice to eat healthier and exercise more. You only have to walk for like 15 minutes a day to make a difference.

    Well, it depends on what types of exercises you do, and how much you eat. Also, if you are a woman and do exercises men should be doing, you will gain weight, and if you are a man doing exercises for women, then you won't be benefiting your body much either. Another thing to be aware of is that muscle weighs more than fat.. are you sure you haven't just gained more muscle? If you are really concerned, I would suggest talking to a doctor about it...
