I think Romney could have elucidated more on what his plan was regarding women's health care in the debate when he was asked about how he would correct misconceptions raised by Obama's mudslinging and fear mongering. He didn't do himself any favors by not doing so.

The only agenda they have is getting the federal government out of the process. No where in the Constitution does it state that is part of their powers.
