this is a first grade math question im confuse . rosa has socks in a drawer.how many more gray socks are there than white socks? there are 8 gray socks and 5 white sock is the anwser 3 or 8 for me is 3 can someone explain me? thanks.and if im correct or wrong. i just dont want to confuse my girl she says its 8.

    Being that she is 8, I would say the answer is 3. If this was a mind bending question for an older student, it may be a trick with the answer 8.
