While it is the popular illness right now due to the contaminated needle issue, I doubt you have meningitis. One the doctor would have you in for testing already if he really thought so instead of pacifying you. and second you would not be on here asking coherent questions. Either way your best bet is to get some rest.

I had spinal meningitis (viral) twice. I think I would put a gun in my mouth before enduring that again.
