Lifting weights properly, builds muscle. It doesn't make fat go away, and its difficult for a skinny twerp to become something other than a skinny twerp. You'd need to give more info to get a better answer.

Oh he'll yes. You can turn the worst body on earth with resistance training. Throw in some aerobic activity to keep the metabolism and you've got a winner! Expect it to take time and modify your diet!

You can get a good body, the more you work out. It depends on how much you do in a day too and what you eat is a bit part of your results. Eating healthy foods and dropping a lot of your carbs is a good way to gain muscle.
Best thing to know while doing weights is to never push yourself too hard. If you can't lift it the first time, don't try the second time just to look good in front of other people. You can also ask for a fitness instructor.

im pretty sure you should have typed this into google. just saying. anyways ive googled it before so ill save you the trouble. you stil need to eat healthy if your not and do cardio and do exercise to get an "ok" body. because "ok" is what society accepts and thats only the best.
